Tàndem is a companionship and professionalization program designed for emerging artists who want to develop their artistic practice within a shared space. The program offers a space for dialogue, experimentation, and networking, providing tools to navigate the contemporary art world.

How does it work?
The program runs for 6 months, with weekly meetings at our space in Barcelona. Each artist receives an individual workspace and access to common areas.
Sessions include group critiques, portfolio reviews, professional workshops, and meetings with invited professionals. The program culminates in a collective exhibition.
Who is it for?
Aimed at emerging artists of any discipline who want to develop their practice in a collaborative environment. No age limits or academic requirements. We value artistic commitment and willingness to share and learn.
Who is behind it?
Tàndem is an initiative of Casa R.A.R.O., an independent space dedicated to contemporary art in Barcelona. The program is coordinated by a team of artists and curators with extensive experience in artistic education.
